so you can break the cycles that have been quietly shaping
your life and step into a completely new identity.

Do you ever feel like no matter how much work you do on yourself… you still end up repeating the same patterns?
The same relationship dynamics.
The same self-doubt.
The same invisible ceiling you can’t quite seem to break through.
You know you’re meant for more.
But something keeps pulling you back into the same story.
That’s exactly why I created Cyclebreakers.
Inside, we move through my RECODE Method to uncover the unconscious patterns shaping your life, release what’s been keeping you stuck, and rewire the way you see yourself, your standards, and your future.
Because when the pattern changes, everything changes.
Cycles break.
Power returns.
Standards rise.
Your timeline shifts.

Things are going well.
You’re moving forward.
You can almost feel the next version of your life opening up.
And then suddenly… you’re overthinking everything again.
Second guessing yourself.
People pleasing.
Shrinking your voice to keep the peace.
Not because you’re weak.
Not because you’re lazy.
But because the nervous system and beliefs that built your old life are still quietly running the show.

Cyclebreakers is for women who are ready to stop repeating the same emotional cycles and finally understand what has been shaping their lives beneath the surface.
Inside this container, we uncover the unconscious patterns, beliefs and stored emotions that influence how you think, respond and see yourself.
Together, we identify what has been driving the anxiety, burnout, people pleasing and self doubt so many high achieving women quietly carry, and begin the process of releasing it.
You’ll do this work alongside women who are equally committed to understanding themselves deeply and creating a completely different relationship with their lives.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level mindset work.
It’s about understanding the roots of who you’ve been… so you can consciously choose who you become next.
Your cyclebreaking chapter starts here.
• Catch emotional triggers before they spiral
• Calm your nervous system under pressure
• Hold boundaries without guilt or over-explaining
• Trust your decisions without second-guessing
• Stop people-pleasing to keep the peace
• Respond with intention instead of reacting from old patterns
Ownership begins the moment awareness turns into responsibility.
Not responsibility for what happened to you, but for what you carry forward.
The beliefs you live by, the reactions you repeat, the patterns you pass on without meaning to.
Much of what shapes us was never consciously chosen; it was learned, inherited, absorbed.
Cyclebreakers exists for the moment you decide the cycle ends with you.
Because breaking the cycle isn’t just personal, it changes the environment the next generation grows up in.

Constantly thinking about what everyone else needs.
Carrying the emotional load for the people around you.
Pushing yourself harder because slowing down makes you feel guilty.
On the outside it looks like you have your life together.
But inside you’re exhausted from holding it all.
This is where the cycle breaks.
Most of the patterns you’re living didn’t start with you.
They were shaped by what you grew up around.
What you watched.
What was modelled.
What was expected.
The way you respond to stress.
The way you relate to money, love, boundaries, and authority.
The way you speak to yourself when things go wrong.
Some of this was passed down through family.
Some was absorbed through your environment.
Some was projected onto you before you ever had a choice.
And over time, it became normal.

When I was stuck in the burnout cycle of being a high achiever, I wasn’t looking for another self help book. I was looking for relief. I wanted someone who could see the patterns quietly running my life and help me finally break them.
From the outside everything looked like it was working. I was driven, capable, always achieving. But underneath it all I was exhausted — battling anxiety, people-pleasing to keep everyone happy, and constantly proving myself because deep down I never felt like enough.
I became very good at keeping up the façade. The makeup, the Instagram highlights, the “I’m fine” energy… while behind the scenes I was stuck in cycles of overthinking, unresolved hurt, and emotional patterns I didn’t know how to change.
I didn’t want another mindset hack. I wanted to understand why I kept repeating the same patterns, and how to actually break them.
That’s why I created Cyclebreakers.
The space I wish existed when I was trying to hold everything together while quietly falling apart inside.
Cyclebreakers is not about fixing you.
It’s about taking back authorship of your life.
It’s about deciding:
what ends with you
what you are no longer available for
and what kind of life you are here to create
This is the work of breaking chains.
Of undoing what was never yours to carry.
Of becoming the one who changes the direction
